Cumulating over 80 years of experience, the members have worked in all the electronic manufacturing sectors and the financial sector. The board of directors is in charge of the company's strategic planning, promoting the best quality practices and continually improving its governing practices.

Working at the direction of the board of directors, the human resources committee is in charge of elaborating and improving the company's human capital management policies. The wage plan, bonus policies and relief strategies are shaped by the analytic processes overseen by the human resources committee. In accordance with investor expectations, the wage plan is based on in-depth knowledge of the company's business model and objectives.

Created by the board of directors, Asteelflash's audit committee is in charge of ensuring the regularity and compliance of the company's operations and books of accounts. It is made up of an external financial expert and members of the board.
